Terms & Condition for Daily rent and kilometre basis:

● Booking will be confirmed only after receiving 30% advance payment.
● Driver duty timing is from 7 AM to 7 PM. Additional driver allowance will apply beyond this timing and should be confirmed at the time of booking.
● Vehicles are provided without luggage carrier. Luggage carrier can be arranged at extra cost.
● Kilometres will calculate Garage to Garage.
● Toll, parking & permit charges will be charged as actuals.
● AC will be stopped in Hill area / Stopped / Parked vehicle (This condition for AC trip only).
Please Confirm the Following Details at the Time of Booking
➤ Per day rental amount & non-chargeable kilometres .
➤ Extra kilometre charges .
➤ Driver (Day/Night/Stay) allowance.
● Please do not ask the driver to over speed or park in no parking areas. Traffic rules will be strictly followed.
● Day will be considered as a calendar day.

All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District – PIN 629001.
